Opis stanowiska

  • Obsługa klientów Grupy Volkswagen przez telefon, czat i e-mail.
  • Rejestracja interakcji w systemie CRM.
  • Aktualizacja wiedzy o produktach i usługach marki.
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów z wykorzystaniem wiedzy produktowej.
  • Współpraca z zespołem w celu optymalizacji doświadczeń klientów.

Wymagania

  • Minimum rok doświadczenia w obsłudze klienta, preferowane w motoryzacji.
  • Znajomość fińskiego (C1) i angielskiego (B2).
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją, nastawienie na rozwiązania.
  • Zainteresowanie branżą motoryzacyjną.
