Location: Warsaw
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in either Italian or Spanish (C1) and English (B1-B2) - Italian + English or Spanish + English;
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills, technical skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract for non-studying employees);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Working hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
- On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
