Job description:
  • Be the first point of contact for premium customers needing help with travel – via phone or chat.
  • Guide them through booking flights, using online services, choosing payment methods, or enjoying loyalty perks.
  • Step in and solve problems when travel plans go off track – your support will truly make a difference.
  • Use whichever channel works best – phone or chat – to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Leave a lasting impression by being the friendly, helpful person they remember.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Korean (C1)
  • very good English (B2)
  • A positive attitude and a calm, patient approach – even on busy days.
  • Great listening and communication skills – clear, confident, and helpful.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with ease.
